Did I post this great conversation with poet and now librettist Elaine Sexton? ( upcoming opera The Post Office, to be performed in May at BAM) ( opening night already sold out! ) Elajne was great with me and Jenny Toth’s students at Wagner College. She’s always championed visual artists. We need her!
Come to Wagner College on the last afternoon of Black and White ( my solo show) and hang with me and two esteemed colleagues: Glenn Goldberg and Clintel Steed. Never a better ending. All comments welcome! …..around 2pm
A few more days to ferry over to Wagner College to see my work. It’s been a deeply encouraging stretch. I appreciate the many who’ve been by and given comment. It wouldn’t be hard to arrange meeting me there. Please come! Closes end of the day on April 17.
Sitting down with Michael Brenson and a group of art colleagues at my current Wagner College show really inspired me. I’m so grateful! Going to try to paint “movement “ from drawings of a performance by Michaela. Stay tuned.
