Founder spotlight with Elizabeth Sylvain ✨
Raised in Park City, Elizabeth grew up competing freestyle mogul skiing and was always chasing winter storms. Eventually she traded that lifestyle to pursue a career in advertising in NYC, which we where she found pilates!
What drew her in was the familiarity - the peace, precision, and technique that skiing had always given her. That mind-body connection she didn't realize she'd been missing in her new "big city' life. And the longer she practiced pilates, the she noticed it was making her better at the sport she loved most.
To Elizabeth, that's what pilates is all about - building functional strength so that you can show up better for the things you love to do.
