Lam Teng Teng and Kevin Chio, the directors of our Rolling Puppet Alternative Theatre, were invited to lead the "Multimedia Puppet and Object Theatre Workshop" for students at the Academy. Starting from the observation of "matter" and "object" properties, the workshop practiced the dynamic connection between the body and the puppet—integrating puppet cinema (life projection), soundscapes, and performers, to explore how matter becomes a "performance partner" on stage. Several of Rolling Puppet's contemporary puppets were also showcased, exploring the infinite possibilities of contemporary puppet and object theatre! ✨ The mentor lineup for the workshop series was amazing. 2026年第一季完成的第二個跨地項目是學術性質的，受南京大學教授、前江蘇省戲劇家協會副主席 — 呂效平導演 的委約，設計和製作《火神與秋女》中的「秋女」人偶，並為兩位操偶學生進行表演指導，為他們往後的人偶同台排演作準備。 劇本是1988年中國鐵路文工團編劇 蘇雷的作品，描寫當時草根階層中的採礦男工與鄉村婦女，於生活的艱辛及封建社會觀念下被壓抑的情感。接到呂教授的委託，看過劇本後，冒出第一個問題是，為什麼想要在如此寫實的話劇中，用偶代替其中一個人物—— 亦是劇中唯一的女性——來排演呢？原來呂導對劇本的表現手法有全新的詮釋，希望增添表演的抽象性。當下解除了我的困惑：舊戲新做，是一場對不同年代觀念的探索，導演將以現代的角度，用更多元的藝術手法，例如抽離效果，重新實驗演出形式，提供更豐富的解讀層次。偶劇向來可以讓表演者於人物之間「跳出跳入」，是突顯抽離效果非常有用的手法之一，這次給了我們一個很好的挑戰，我還真的沒有嘗試過以這種劇本為題去設計偶物形式的表演，面對傳統話劇，如何跳出寫實的框框去思考人偶帶給人物的多角度評論與演繹，對我來說是新試驗，以下與大家分享一些戲偶形式與設計概念重點。 人偶的形式及選材考量 首先因為須與真人演員對戲，所以尺寸上以真人為本，配合兩位女表演者的身型，設計了二人合作操演的人偶；材料選擇上，因為學生是偶劇素人，未有核心訓練，偶體重量必須盡量輕，而且要耐用不易損壞，收藏亦要方便入箱，盡量減少維修保養的麻煩。在一般專業偶劇團中，因為戲偶使用度極高，耗損其實是很正常的事，偶劇團必須具備能維護戲偶的知識，免於戲偶成了「一次性」的即棄藝術廢料；所以當我們受非專業偶團委託時，只要是我們親手製作的偶物，設計過程也務必達到以上的自我要求，盡量減少對方在戲偶維護上的負擔。所以，即使工序相對繁複，我們還是選用了在歐洲採購、耐用又輕身的模型塑料，搭配紙和泡棉等為主要物料，手工塑模。 「秋女」人偶的幾個設計概念重點 戲中因為男主傷殘後，以樹根造木雕作伴；然後女主出現，她卻一直徘徊在 根深蒂固的過去 vs 尋找自我 的矛盾之中，我們希望在女人偶身上外化這些意涵：秋女的第一層臉上，加入樹根的象徵性元素，如髮絲散落盤根在臉上，流露成年的她命運中的盤根錯節。當女主角在戲末一段自我掙扎的獨白中，流露出她渴望「變回小女孩」的幻想，我們設計人偶的第二層臉——一個未經污染、懵懂的小女孩臉龐便被揭示出來。在獨白中，人物用雙手脫下風塵勞累的第一層臉，偶身高度隨之下降、演員聲音質地也緊隨著呈現年齡下降，變回小孩的語氣；這種人性上的雙重身份，藉著偶體的變化而得以外化，以象徵的手法，加強突顯出人物的渴望。變形是使用戲偶作為表演形式，於視覺意象上的設計手段。另外，兩位偶師操演上的可能性，還可以在適當的時機跳出人物，以一種或內心投射、或批判的角度，直面觀眾說話，或與人偶對話，這樣，舞台上就可以呈現出三個女性的角度，為原本已充滿內心矛盾的角色增加可演性及可觀性。 戲偶的加入，配合導演的概念和表演者的動作設計與演技，能構作出更多層次的解讀空間。感謝呂教授的無條件信任和委託，很高興得到呂導說人偶「百分百符合理想」的評價！我們在這次重新審視寫實劇本的演繹方法中，創新思維又獲益良多。也得感謝讓我們有機會認識的雲南藝術學院，偶們上年年底以專家身份於雲藝參與畢製，帶領學生創製偶物並指導偶戲部分演出，於演後研討會上與呂教授結下這個緣份。 在這預祝南京大學這次匯演的所有同學創演成功，秋女在這次演出順順利利；也希望在不同的場合，可以繼續見到秋女人偶以不同面貌出現～ 保養得宜的話，她還可以變裝、室內戶外繼續演出超過十年呢！希望有天有機會看到她的現場出演！ 導演：吕效平教授 #南京大學 人偶設計及製作：林婷婷@TenTenLa @kevin_7 趙七KevinChio @rollingpuppet_macao 滾動傀儡另類劇場 表演學生：佳樂、斯慧 2026. 04. 03

我個人太多興趣，所以以前英國讀書都好貪心乜都去學吓。其中一樣我好鍾意嘅係木偶戲。由於佢唔係真人嘅關係，題材概念上可以去得更盡更大膽，畫面亦都可以更戲劇性（譬如可以反地心吸力）。我喺東歐睇過嘅木偶戲多數有詩意，題材可沉重或者情色裸露，但係喺亞洲睇嘅永遠只係得兒童劇題材。木偶戲嘅一個延伸種類係物件劇場，比較冇咁容易俾人定性佢屬於某觀眾羣。我今次嘅遊戲劇場喺構思初段已經想見到作為神嘅操偶師喺度現場影響一個迷你世界，所以當我發現原來澳門嘅婷婷同埋阿七專精戲偶同埋物件劇場就即刻邀請佢哋合作。有觀眾話係個show其中最喜歡嘅部份，當然好在我哋有Peter, Bill 同埋鹹魚三位有喜劇Timing、形體底子嘅演員一齊創作嗰幾場演出先有咁好效果。好榮幸可以喺「當世界與你為敵」同咁多位出色嘅表演者合作，希望各位玩家睇得愉悅玩得開心！ . #當世界與你為敵 #whentheworldisyourenemy

新年快樂！ Happy Chinese New Year of 🐎! 回顧2025🐍年是滾動傀儡成立第十一年，也是時候迎來新篇章的一年。深耕路環8年，在面向社區藝術的支持歸零下，我們忍痛暫停營運5年半的澳門戲偶館。但塞翁失馬焉知非福，另一邊廂，這一年藝術總監林婷婷當選聯合國藝術組織UNIMA全球理事，為澳門締造歷史！ 2025 marks the eleventh year since the founding of Rolling Puppet. After rooted in Coloane for over 7 years, we made the difficult decision to halt operation of the 5.5-year-old House of Puppets Macau. At the same time, we embraced a "new chater" as Artistic Director Teresa Lam made a historic breakthrough by being elected as one of the 10 Independent Additional Councilors at the UNIMA Cogress held in Chuncheon, marking the first Macau artist presence in the council of this international organization. 過去兩年，我們赴外合作，獲邀參與國際著名偶節，從本地劇團逐步走向世界。感謝每一位夥伴與觀眾，讓每一步都溫暖踏實。 Over the past two years, we have focused on building our capacity for international collaborations and have been invited as Festival Presenters to several renowned international puppetry festivals. They also hosted a puppet-making and manipulation workshop that both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed, offering a glimpse into the boundless creativity of puppeteers transforming everyday objects into living animal puppets! Thank you, Ah Ta and Ah May, for bringing us so much joy, and thanks to all the new and longtime fans "Big Rollers" who made the trip to the shipyard to join us!!
