The @sweetshoppecandystore account hadn’t grown in 9 YEARS🤯 Same followers. Same views. Same Impact. A family-owned candy store that has been a staple of their community for years. The kind of place where you walk in and immediately feel something. But that wasn’t coming across at all on social. Their Instagram had been inconsistently loved since 2015. No TikTok. No real strategy. Just a business that deserved way more eyes on it than it was getting. We changed that. Weekly consistency > random bursts They don’t care if you post 5 videos one week and disappear the next. They want to see predictable output every single week. 2. Your posting structure should be simple: → 3 Reels per week → 1–2 Carousels per week That’s it. Not 20 posts. Not burnout. 3. Cross-post EVERYTHING TikTok → Instagram → (even Shorts) It’s a 10-minute max task that can double your reach. 4. Use the Instagram Edits “Inspiration” tab This is one of the most underutilized tools right now. It literally tells you: → what’s working → why it’s working → how to recreate it in your niche 5. If your content is good but your account is not growing, your CTAs are the problem. Most creators skip it because it feels pushy. But here is what that mindset is actually costing you: your audience does not know what to do next. And if they do not know what to do next, they leave. No follow, no save, no click. Just a scroll. A good CTA works because your audience already wants what you are pointing them toward. They want the resource. They want the shortcut. They want to follow someone who actually helps them. You are not asking them to do something uncomfortable. You are removing the friction between them and something they already want. Here is what most people get wrong about CTAs: 👉 They use the same one every single time. (“Follow for more” gets ignored after the third video.) 👉 They drop it at the end when watch time has already dropped off. Your CTA needs to live inside the value, not after it. 👉 They make it about themselves. “Follow me” is weak. “Follow so you never miss a strategy like this” is a reason. The strongest CTAs feel like a natural next step, not an ask. They are specific, they tie directly to the value you just delivered, and they give the viewer a reason that benefits them. If your content is good and you are still not growing, your CTA strategy is worth looking at. The content is doing its job. The conversion layer is not.
