A little over two and a half weeks ago, our lives changed forever. We welcomed our son, Maxwell Morrison, into the world. 💛
People always say that having a child changes you, but nothing could have prepared me for the rush of emotion I felt meeting him for the first time. The love I feel for this little guy is just on another level.
Watching Marlena go through thirteen hours of labor was an experience I’ll never forget. Total respect to all the moms out there.
Now that we’re a couple of weeks into the sleepless nights and endless diaper changes, it’s finally sinking in that this little human relies on us for everything. We are still in awe that we get to keep him. 🥹 Excited for this next adventure as a dad.
Last camera roll dump from our past year in GA. It was tough filming long hours during the week and have the energy to pack a bag to go to the airport on a Friday night or Saturday morning. Some weekends we drove for hours just to check out a local GA spot. Shout out to @marlenapearlphoto for planning many of these adventures.
2020 has been a weird one but I’m thankful for the many months spent with @marlenaaroundtheworld and solitude in the mountains that kept me sane during lockdown. Here’s one of my favorite moments on the John Muir Trail from July.
