The London Marathon Vlog - Episode 3, out now. Link in bio.
I lost my first-ever job to build @rocup.run
This episode breaks down what it takes to stay disciplined throughout marathon training
- showing how the discipline you build through fitness carries into every other area of life
- the lower body programme I’ve been following since recovering from my injury,
- the other types of cross training I’ve implemented to take as much mileage off my feet as possible so I’m able to make it to the start line.

London Marathon Vlog EP2 Out Now - Link in Bio“How To Manage Recovery and Training’
14 Days out til the big day.
Marathon training doesn’t always go to plan, and when it doesn’t, how you respond makes all the difference.
In this episode, I take you through some of the darker times of my own marathon build-up, not to make it about me, but to show you exactly how to navigate a setback when it happens to you.
We cover how to manage a recovery while still training, why being transparent with your coach matters more than you think, how to listen to your body and recognise when rest is the right call, and when to seek professional help.
If you’re in the middle of a tough training block or managing an injury right now, I hope this gives you something useful to take away.
Love.
