A mindful, low-impact practice focused on deep core strength, mobility and stability. Always including the smaller muscles, that support your posture, your back and how you move through your day.
Sat 16:30-17:45 Hormone Yoga
A therapeutic mix of balancing breathwork, gland-activating movement and nervous system regulation to support hormonal health.
This class is for you if you struggle with pms, pcos, pmdd or (peri)menopause symptoms and want to restore balance naturally.

Movement has always been a big part of my life — from dancing and running to exploring different sports. I found yoga in 2013, and it completely transformed the way I connect with my body and mind.
Today, I teach yoga, meditation, Pilates, and sound healing, creating spaces where people can feel safe, connected, and truly themselves.
In my classes, I focus on empowerment and connection. I believe movement should feel authentic, joyful, and free from judgment. My goal is to guide you in exploring your practice in a way that honors your body — challenging yourself while also listening and respecting your limits.
