ROCKET Longboards are made in our own workshop in Steinen SZ, in the heart of the Swiss Alps. What once started as a one-man company is now a family business. Every single board is handcrafted by us from start to finish.
Innovation is one of our main goals when we develop new shapes and concaves. We only use certified wood and the best reinforcing fibers, adjusted perfectly to their respective field of application. Therefore our boards are lighter and more durable than other longboards on the market.
All our decks are CNC machined and fulfill the highest quality standards. We put a lot of time into development, keep pushing the limits, and raise the bar every year. After all, this is our passion.

After two years of development and countless prototypes, it’s finally here - The board that only needs two 50° cast trucks to feel like an $800 bracket deck. The flipped rear truck acts as a 0° truck but the real secret lies in the tail, which springs back with every pump, providing energy return like a torsion tail.
The ROCKET Swan comes in three flex levels to perfectly match the flex in the tail to the rider’s weight:
Flex I: 85 – 110kg / 185 – 245 lbs
Flex II: 75 – 90kg / 165 – 200 lbs
Flex III: 60 – 75kg / 130 – 165 lbs

Our most development-intensive board by far has finally become a reality. It took almost two years of development, a completely new press, and countless prototypes to create the Swan. And we would have been willing to invest even more for this result: the board that only needs two 50° cast trucks to feel like an $800 bracket board.
During development, we had one major goal: to create a board for people who want to enjoy all the advantages of a bracket board but don't have the time or money to deal with all the complex and expensive LDP components. We believe we've achieved this brilliantly.
The +13° wedged front brings the truck to a nimble 63°. Thanks to the flipped rear truck, it creates the simplest form of a 0° truck. But that's not the real innovation. This lies in the combination of the tail design with the finely tuned flex. The downward-curved tail straightens out as soon as the rider is on the board. This means it flexes like a spring. During pumping, the tail compresses and relaxes, providing energy return similar to a torsion tail. Additional carbon reinforcement fine-tunes the flex and ensures exceptional durability.
We deliberately chose the drop height to be slightly lower than a comparable bracket board. This allows it to be ridden easily with large wheels while still being low enough for comfortable pushing and easy pumping.

The Excalibur and the Don now come with LAF construction. But what exactly is that? LAF stands for "Light As F**k." The boards consist of a lightweight poplar core reinforced with carbon and fiberglass. Urethane edges and inserts in the holes make them incredibly durable and 100% waterproof. And all this at a weight of only about 1.2 kg or 2.6 lbs.
The biggest challenge with lightweight boards is always vibration damping. That's why we meticulously tuned our fiber layup to minimize vibrations. The boards are race stiff, but not lifeless. This is how our LAF boards offer more grip, smoother slides, and better maneuverability.
What started in 2018 with the Ian Freire Pro, we have refined over the years with the Exodus and Simplex. It's no coincidence that both are the choice of many top riders for their races. The Excalibur and the Don, with their exceptional performance, fit seamlessly into this series.
