Seventeen years in uniform. A lifetime of battle in and out of the ring. I carry the flag on my shoulder and in my blood. Proud to bring two worlds together
Warrior and Airman.
Service and Sacrifice.
Discipline and Chaos.
This is who I am.
The fighting pride of the United States Air Force.
Ready for BKFC 77 Hollywood, FL

This is the International Players Anthem.
From the gym to the bright fight lights. Proof that dedication speaks louder than doubt. Nobody tells me what Iām not.
That last photo, that one is to remind you all that Iām still that goofball.
Still Rob š
I worked for my place in this room.
Not for the lights, the fans, or the money.
I ended up here because life demanded it and I reverted to the only thing I knew.
Fighting gave me something to hold onto when life tried to take everything else.
Now I look around and realize I belong here, but more importantly⦠I found my way back to what I love.
Nobody can take that from me. I left behind the bad nights, the doubt, and weight of everythingā¦
for the love of my kids.
Only to realize I had it all along.
Iām here for the love of the fight.
And Iām taking everything that comes with it.
Soon.

Love you son.
Dad will come back and we are coming for that belt
@trist.an134
Had a small core test punch exchange with Womenās Featherweight Champ @blackwidowborga
Iām not here to take part, Iām here to take over the Womenās BKFC divisions. I donāt see any of them that can stand in my way. Fight me.
@bkfcsurge
Iāll drop em all when I get back!!

BOX
When the lights go out and itās just us,
when I break, when I cry,
You tell me,
āItās time to run.
Itās time to lift.
Itās time to work.ā
You didnāt save me gently.
You built me back the only way I understand.
@rbacademy.sc
From the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywoodā¦
to a quiet stop at Embry Riddle Aeronautical Universityā¦
with my son beside me the whole way.
We pulled up to campus on the ride back from the fight⦠Iām three weeks out, but Iāve already finished the work. 3.9 GPA Summa cum laude graduate.
There was a time I was lost trying to figure it out⦠bouncing between degrees, chasing things that didnāt fit. From unmanned aircraft to aeronautical science⦠I enjoyed learning it, but I couldnāt see the rest of my life aligning with it.
I want to work and market what I love.
Business. Strategy. Building something real that I can bring to martial arts.
Iām wired for this the same way Iām wired to fight.
And having Tristan there to see it⦠not just the fight, but the process, the growth, the discipline it took⦠thatās what Iāll carry with me.
ERAU graduate š
Onto the MBA
Giving away these bag gloves (yeah⦠I called them mitts in the video š), two M tees, and a shaker.

You ever gotten ya ass beat to @katyperry ?
Me neither š
I used to play this kind of music to throw people off. Slowly I realized that the beat helped me relax and break rhythm. Flow sparring is essential in breaking your rhythm and controlling the pace. If you donāt have control of your emotions, you donāt have control of the fight.
This translates to life.

I sit in the quiet like the ocean that holds its deepest pull.
Still on the surface, a violent current underneath.
People see the smile and think it means peace.
They do not hear the melodies that play in my head.
They do not feel the weight I carry when I lower mine.
I have never been afraid of pain.
Pain is familiar.
Cuts heal. Bruises fade.
What I fear is becoming numb in a world that teaches you to bury the parts that make you human.
So I let it come.
The sadness I keep tucked beneath discipline and routine.
Tears wash over me like a tide.
Then I stand.
I clean up.
I warm up.
And whatever softness was in me turns into fire.
Not because I want to hurt someone.
Because I refuse to disappear.
Winning or losing is as abstract to me as a painting.
This is about swimming into the ocean and coming back with myself intact.
I am not here to be carried.
I am not anyoneās rolling wheel.
I am the highway.
Part 2: WWE Superstar Montez Ford stepped into the gym with me to trade worlds. We worked bare knuckle boxing technique, mitts, bag work, sparring, and wrestling bumps and chops.
Different lanes with a similar mindset. Discipline, toughness, and the ability to perform.
Thatās what the Air Force demands too. Whether itās in the gym, on the flight line, or under pressure, preparation is what makes the difference.
