Happy Nurses Week!
My first degree was my bachelor's in nursing. I learned quickly that a hospital was not for me. Working in a clinical setting was. I've done it all. Laser removal, ABA locations, Psych.
Starting as a nurse made it clear to me that I wanted to shape culture and thats what led me to human resources on the Director level.
But nursing...whew... y'all are the heros. The ones who really get in the paint with patients.
