Highlight so far was trying wild rat for the first time! Dw it's not dirty city rats, these are massive jungle rats that eat grains ect. Tastes like chicken but a tiny bit more chewy, I liked the texture! Also had stir fry snake, couldn't really taste the snake since it was minced up and loaded with lemon grass. But the dish was yum 😊

Also been loving seeing mango, coconut, banana and jackfruit trees everywhere you go in the countryside ❤️
