WORLD CLASS ENTRY CHALLENGE THE TRAMP Un drink Ispirato all’attore Charlie Chaplin e il suo personaggio che da il nome al drink: The Tramp. Icona del cinema comico. Basato sulla contraddizione del suo costume, l’attenzione data al viso che non nasconde mai la sua espressione e l’iconica bombetta in testa. Un Drink trasparente, senza colori, che in un epoca dove l’immagine è tutto, trasmette la contraddizione espressa dagli abiti di Chaplin. Una bombetta di cioccolato invasiva e d’impatto, che va contro all’estetica semplice del drink, richiamando il cappello servito come un dolce del film “The Pilgrim”. Tanqueray N 10 è il protagonista, la sua freschezza è avvolta da uno sciroppo di radice di liquirizia, richiamando una sua botanica e la scarpa di scena cucinata nel film “the gold rush”, da una soda al cioccolato redistillato che richiama la bombetta; Verjus e Succo di limone bilanciano il drink che si ispira alla struttura del classico Tom Collins, rivisitato in chiave moderna.
