This year the last assignment for the seniors who is graduating was to create a greeting card and exchange with all their class peers. The assignment has only one rule, I will not critique any of their cards. I thought that at this point they would be ready and I could trust them.
And do you know what? I was right. They did it amazing.

Please join us for the opening reception of the exhibition, Here & Now: Recent Work by the Department of Art & Art History, on Thursday, August 28, 5:00-7:30 p.m. at the Gregory Allicar Museum of Art. Curated by Suzanne Hale and Cecelia Kreider, this exhibition showcases the creative and scholarly work of our faculty and staff. Welcoming remarks and a group activity will start at 5:30 in the Griffin Foundation Gallery.

On April 5th, we will kick off the second edition of the CSU Design Week. This year we will have only 3 events, but all of them will be great.

Our first event is a partnership with CoLab Designer group.
This is open to any designer interested and will feature presentations from three uber-talented Northern Colorado-based creatives. Each will present for thirty minutes, and we will have thirty minutes of open discussion at the end. There will be snacks and a good time to be had. Our first two events were awesome, and this one will be as well.
