First I generated this strange image of me giving a presentation about a horseā¦Then a story was born lol.
I made this on Saturday throughout the day, while sitting on the beach with my phone.
ā¦But donāt get it twisted, itās only this easy because I built an agentic system with my workflow to help me do it. š«”š¦¾
My friend Mary asked me to āmake her a starā in an AI video. She sent me a selfie and I created her character. ā¦then for fun I added my homie Matt at the end as āMaryās agentā because heās actually an agent irl. This was a fun one
I built an agent. Gave it personality, skills and tools. Trained it on my own processes and likes. Then together, we built a workflow that enables me to ideate quickly whenever I want.
Which is what youāre seeing hereā¦short little experiments Iām doing with GenAI as I test agentic workflows.
Now instead of creating one image from a single prompt, I can create a flushed out concept with consistent characters and cohesive storyboards just by talking to and directing my agent.
If youāve read this far and want to learn about agents, dm me. š«”š¦¾
Worked with a great crew on this one, but the client was a pain in the a** at the end.
Want to learn how I made it?
Comment āworkflowā and Iāll share mine with you š«”

Using just my iPhone, we quickly filmed this scene, then used @magnific_ai & @runwayapp to create the rest.
Young filmmakers are incredibly lucky to have this tech. š¦¾š„
