Last Saturday I had the joy of supporting the grand opening of Longville Wellness, founded by my friend and healer Dr. Leonie Wims — a Black-owned, woman-owned wellness sanctuary in Fort Lauderdale focused on caring for the mind, body, and spirit.
Longville Wellness offers holistic treatments including acupuncture, cupping, manual therapy, and wellness support centered around healing and stress relief.
The afternoon flowed with music by Grammy award-winning guitarist @robertdubwisebrowne , artwork by @heathernowellartist , light bites, and beautiful community connection.

This one was recorded by my uncle @dannybrownie in the 90s with the legendary duo Sly And Robbie.
