"A Gift Returned" as a 40 x 50" silver-selenide gelatin print made by the photographer in his coastside darkroom. The subject is a Japanese Maple given to the artist by friends, and rendered here to return the favor.
This unique piece, "Pacific Cloudlight," is a 60 x 60" digital pigment print hanging in a private residence in my hometown here on the San Francisco Peninsula. There is one sailbot on the water, about one-half the size of a dime.
Platonic Solids #6/15 - a 19x25" due-sublimation print edge framed with black wood. The classic building blocks of geometry, symmetry, and even philosophy as described by Plato circa 400 BCE.
Private Residence - "After the Rain" as Dye-sublimation triptych on aluminum plate in welded steel frames. This image of rising mist high above the Napa Valley town of Calistoga was commissioned by my friend Greg St. Claire's for his TOWN restaurant in San Carlos in 1999. #stclairg

Some Kind of Blue #21/25 - Sea glass, gopher bones, and light, imaged across 4 pieces of 8x10" film during a time I was examining things broken, as I was when I made it in 2015. Named for the best-selling jazz album of all time, "Some Kind of Blue," by Miles Davis, this 59x39" piece lives in my studio office as a reminder of the beauty borne of decay and loss. links.buelteman.com
