untouchable - working on these two pals. the concept of choice is often a privilege for many people, and i find myself more and more gravitating towards those who step up and make their choices with conviction, and ride for those who donโt get the privelege of choice.
taking some time to go back to quick sculpt sketches. exploring taking away forms of the piece not just by hiding them in the shadows but by just cutting them away

new work iโm incredibly proud of with the really talented @wearejia boys for their new single, Spring. this project means a lot to me, having started working on it while going through loss. feeling very thankful to be artistically trusted for this project by brilliant musicians like them!
i wanted to represent the songโs theme through mechanical flowers that are made of permanent materials, but can still bloom and can still wither, and grow at varying speeds depending on the different intensities of the music.

repurposing my ๐ฒ sculpt from last year with a fresh new paint job to represent something soft but strong for LNY this year. this color combination has become one of my favorites and something i want to use more. i also want to make a small run of these for you this year (i promise this time) ๐
