We’re doing something a little different this month and combining the cypher with a WARM CLOTHING DRIVE. It’s about to get real cold and wet out and we have many neighbours here in North Park that could use some good gear. @pin.dee.in is a Kwakwa̲ka̲’wakw and Nuu-Cha-Nulth M.C born on lək̓ʷəŋən Territory who in 4 and a half years of recovery from addiction has found immense healing in expressing himself through lyricism in Hip-Hop, which he views to be an innovative, creative-native continuation of their nation’s oldest tradition of storytelling.
We first saw PINDN perform at the Ten Dollar Rap Show @ Lucky Bar earlier this year and were blown away. A mesmerizing performer with a real gift and message, not to mention mad style, PINDN brings it every time.
2 hours of instrumentals provided by
@paul_roberts604 (!!!) and 2 hours of rhymes provided by YOU. All skill levels welcome. Should go without saying, but note this is a HIP-HOP CYPHER so come correct!!!
