Did you know? ☕ For the past decade, we’ve been the coffee behind Colicci’s cafes across London’s iconic Royal Parks! 🎉
Recently, our co-founder Fabio Ferreira and Colicci’s MD, Rob Colicci, took an unforgettable trip to Brazil! 🇧🇷✨ Together, we visited the lush coffee farms of Daterra @daterracoffee , Fazenda Rio Brilhante @riobrilhantecafe , and FAF (Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza) @fafcoffees to explore where we directly source the coffee we’re proud to serve at Colicci. 🌱💧
We also showed Rob our thriving forest 🌳🌳 - 5,000 trees planted as part of our Roas-tree project! This adventure was more than just coffee sourcing; it was a deep dive into sustainability and the heart of our commitment to quality and planet-friendly practices. 🌎💚

And that’s a wrap for Chelsea Flower Show 2024. Another incredible year. 145,000 people catered for over 49 units. Biblical downpours on the first few days which made it tough but what followed was a great comeback. You broke the mould pups and there’ll never be another like you. You always had something extra than the rest. You paved the way and we still follow that path today. I was so proud of you and will forever be thankful I was able to walk in your footsteps. We remember you not just today but always. Rest well pups x 👑
I can’t believe it’s already been 2 years. A day doesn’t go by where I don’t think about you. Not least because I wake everyday to a picture of your incredibly charming, crooked smile, which sits on my bedside table. But it’s not just me, it’s everyone. Your family. Your friends. Everyone that worked for you, and those whose life you touched.
I recently took my niece to the musical of a Lion King, and there’s a moment where Rafiki sings to Simba “He lives in you”. The song hit me hard. So hard I started to cry. It’s because of those that knew you, you live in all of us, everyday. And in your world there’s no denying, you were the king! Your team mention you and discuss what you would do or what you would think, every single day. The frequency in which we talk about you is testament to the impact you had on everyone. I was, and forever will be so proud of you.

By far the biggest and most iconic event we’ve ever catered for and one that I’m incredibly proud to say, we did it!
From Trooping the Colour to the Platinum Jubilee concert, the crowds flooded the Mall and parks in their thousands. It made it a very challenging but spectacular journey to provide over 60 food & drink concessions, including 14 of our own bars.
I want to say a very big thank you to @lee_pierce79@sarahbellamy86@scott_cullen@koudi.ldn Tim Jones and the rest of the Colicci team that worked round the clock and through various restrictions to ensure we delivered.

It’s the kind of event my dad would have loved being a part of, and know he was with all of us on this one x
It’s been a year and there’s not a day that passes that I don’t think about you. There’s so many things I miss with you gone but its picking up the phone to you hearing the words “Robbieee what you doin?” that I miss the most.
At work you’re with us in everything we do and every decision we make. We talk about you daily. “What would Ernie do?” is a question we often ask ourselves when challenged by something. And it always amazes me how everyone agrees on the answer. That’s because when you spoke, the room always stopped and listened. In your own incredibly unique and enigmatic way, you never failed to engage people. You gave us all so many lessons and incredible memories.
