I spent my teens and 20s playing every pub gig I could, most of them to no one! To sing songs I wrote in my bedroom in my country town to a crowd as far as the eye could see is very hard to put into words.
This festival was the one I wrote down in the diary years ago, and each one of those gigs, Iād just close my eyes and teleport to this very stage. Call it dramatic, itās the honest truth.
I was a pretty lost kid, at times I still am, but my family, and country music saved my life. 5 years ago, I was in a dark spot. I checked in and got myself some help, learned to be a little more kind to the bloke in the mirror, cut the deadwood from my trees, said less and actioned more.
So I took this photo in my garage in 2012, when I really stared to take this music seriously.
I then I took this video in 2022 manifesting the rebel stage
And in 2026 I played the rebel stage with my best friends.
We always want the next thing, but today, Iām taking a moment to enjoy the journey!

Iām so bloody happy and proud of this project.
I wrote these songs trying to make sense of it all. Some were written on the farm back home in Orange, others halfway across the world in Nashville with some incredible writers who helped bring these ideas to life.
This EP is a snapshot of the journey so far the risks, the lessons, the wild nights, the quiet moments where I nearly packed it all inā¦ and the decision to keep going anyway.
Iām proud of this body of work. Not because itās perfect, but because itās honest.
