In the past month we moved from Brooklyn to Queens, I worked three weeks no time off in half a dozen different shops and houses, Lib went to Kenya, and I took a gig upstate for two months in Long Lake, NY. I’m remodeling the inside of a cabin up here at the minute. I literally just listened to Stephen Colbert’s book, I am America, And So Can You and hung out with myself along a lake and got paid for it. Heaven is up here, dudes.

Banged it all the way out to Telluride, CO, and I’m hooked. I can’t get it out of my head. I’ve never seen anything like those mountains in my life. I’ve been all over the Earth and that little spot of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is one of my top loves ever.
I waited 31 years to see The Black Crows and watching them start up while paragliders came into the valley at sunset is one of the peak experiences of my lifetime.
