#transformationthursday 12 weeks to transform yourself.... 12 weeks to change shape, change habits, change a mindset and be able to sit down, smile and say that this is the best version of yourself to date... Yes it was hard sometimes, yes I would convince myself I needed a refeed meal, yes I would have a shit session in the gym but it's all about focussing on that one goal... "get it done" and "but have you hit your limit" were two phrases I remember from my support network when I was struggling... everyone is different but it is the support of others that helps to push you through the hardest parts... Over the last 12 weeks I've lost people that had a negative effect on my life, that didnt support or push me to be better and exceed my own expectations, but I also gained people in my life who were already in a growth mindset and couldnt wait to help support and push me to be the best version of myself... was it worth it? It's ok to not be ok.... The world media depicts the ideal man as hard as nails, muscular, successful, well groomed (airbrushed) leaders of the pack... without flaws, vices or vulnerabilities... Hulk without Betty / Black Widow (depending on how old you are) Superman without Louis Lane or Kryptonite... It are the flaws, vices and vulnerabilities that make us who we are... embracing them, overcoming them and becoming the best version of yourself everyday is what makes you a leader of your pack, be it your family, your employees, or mates that look to you for support and advice. Dont try to be the best version that you think you should be, just be the best version that you can be... and manage every situation to the best of your ability, dont be scared to ask for help.
