I'm embracing Winter this year 🩵 and can't wait to get on the mat tomorrow with mountain themes. Things I've been trying to incorporate:
More rest.
Less trying to push myself as hard as I do in summer.

Coming back to my meditation practice.
Buuuut.... Just for the weekend it was an absolute treat to escape with hubby and do some hikes, feel some sun on our faces and watch the sunset.
