The Journey. And the Growth of @graya
From learning the trade and taking the first steps into the property market, to building GRAYA alongside my brother, this journey has been about progress, commitment, and backing each decision as it came.
Early opportunities, first projects, lessons learned along the way, and a steady focus on improving with every step. As the business grew, so did the ambition and clarity around what we wanted to build.
Each stage has shaped GRAYA into what it is today, and continues to guide what comes next.
Pioneer. Meticulous and Visionary.
We sat down with Rob and Andrew Gray, two brothers who had a crack and have turned passion, dedication and dreams into reality.
Podcast drops this Tuesday. It was an honour to sit down with Rob and Andrew, and we are excited for you to hear this one.
After turning down 14 podcasts last year, we decided to speak. We wanted the work to speak first.
Finishing Kloud was a milestone for @graya . It shifted the business in ways we didn’t fully anticipate, and suddenly the conversation felt worth having.
We didn’t go to a studio. We filmed it on-site where we built, in a place that reflects the standard we hold ourselves to.
A real conversation about GRAYA, what it took to get here, and where it’s going.
@bothsides_podcast coming soon…Tuesday 19th May - turn on @graya post notifications!
‘CORAL’ by GRAYA™ x KOICHI TAKADA
Palm Beach. Absolute beachfront.
The building responds to where it sits. Organic forms, flowing lines, openings shaped around light, air, and the horizon. Architecture that doesn’t compete with the ocean. It moves with it.
Jefferson Lane. Front row to the Pacific. Nothing ahead but open water.

14 years building GRAYA™ has taught me that growth does not make things easier, it makes the responsibility bigger.
Every site, every buyer, every investor and every person in the team is impacted by the decisions you make.
There are no shortcuts. Buy the best sites, protect the quality, build the right team and let the finished product do the talking.
