Immensely grateful to God for a wonderful healing week in His Presence @healingprayerschool led by the amazing Lin Button and her team (thank you to all of you, especially David & Linda and Randall & Maggie who have each played such a profound part of my journey over the past 20 years). Lin is a home-grown general. Truly. Her revelation of the heart of God and the heart of man is incomparable in my humble opinion. I have all her books and recommend you get them too.
The prophetic isn’t about what you know about a person. It’s about what God knows.
Knowing someone well shouldn’t change how you prophesy over them.
Whether you’ve known them for years or just met them - the source is the same.
You tune out what you know about them and tune into what God knows about them.
That’s the pivot 🙏🏻
Even in the midst of great global shakings and personal challenges, there is an emphasis God is placing on songs of joy. This is not to the exclusion of other categories. Like many of you, the end of January and February was challenging. As I asked the LORD why so many were struggling He said He was bringing us into a season of fulfilled words and great harvest. But that the enemy was opposing it with “mad winds and mind games”. It is vital to take every thought captive in this season and put it into subjection of the truth in Christ. I pray this word encourages you. Great breakthrough is upon you! If you don’t quit, you win!
You were created to bring glory to God by enjoying Him enjoying you. There is a depth of joy in hearing His voice that can be found nowhere else. God enjoys speaking with You. He enjoys your company. He enjoys you enjoying Him enjoying you. Linger a little while today.
For 20 years I’ve had the privilege of being able to ask questions and make mistakes. I’m no expert. My heart is that this space will provide you with the opportunity to ask questions, discuss, and take your nexts steps just a little more confidently.
