We’ve spent much our time the last few months trying to up our game in the quality department. Our next mission is reducing our drying phase in roasting to bring out more of the flavour imparted from origin for many of our coffees.
We are so fortunate to have chosen @millcityroasters for our new roaster. The amount of control and options we have now is mind blowing.
Today is a big production day and we are dialled in! New quality control measures are being implemented and more are coming in the coming months!
