In this month’s Flavor Focus session, we explore one of the most comforting — yet most misunderstood — elements in coffee: Sweetness.
Together, we’ll discover:
☕ How to identify sweetness in coffee
☕ Different types of perceived sweetness
☕ The relationship between sweetness, acidity, and balance
☕ How processing and roasting influence sweetness perception
This session is designed to help you taste coffee with more clarity and confidence — beyond just “nice” or “not nice”.
