Roam With Care 🚲🚌 We’re sharing safety and etiquette tips to help both riders and drivers enjoy a safe journey. This month, we’d like to remind cyclists about safety tips when sharing the road with our buses, to ensure that the cyclists and the drivers feel safe. • Avoid blind spots. If you can’t see the driver, they likely can’t see you • Never pass a bus on the right, especially near intersections or stops • Buses may need extra room to turn, and operators may not see cyclists beside them • When in doubt, stay behind the bus until it’s safe to pass Safe streets work best when cyclists, drivers, and transit all look out for one another. #roamtransit #roamwithcare #sharetheroad #bike

Starting May 13, several Roam Transit routes will have updated schedules, including routes 1, 2, 9, 8X, and 12. Riders are encouraged to check the new schedules on our website to plan their trips accordingly. Routes 4 and 6 will return to service on May 13, providing additional travel options for the spring and summer seasons. Please note that Route 7 will not operate during the spring and summer. 🚨 Reservations are now open for travel until June 30, on our Route 8X service. The next ticket releases will be: 🗓️ May 25 @ 9 a.m. MDT – Book for July travel 🗓️June 22 @ 9 a.m. MDT – Book for August travel 🗓️July 27 @ 9 a.m. MDT – Book for September and October (until 12th) Our reservation system allows you to select the date and time of travel and one of the two reservation options: ✅ Reservable Super Pass: This pass offers unlimited travel on all Roam Transit services and is the only pass that includes a round-trip on Parks Canada's Lake Connector Shuttle from Lake Louise Lakeshore to Moraine Lake. Online purchase only. ✅One-Way Reservations: This pass offers single rides between Banff and Lake Louise (Lakeshore or Village). These tickets DO NOT include the Parks Canada Lake Connector Shuttle to Moraine Lake, and they cannot be upgraded to a Reservable Super Pass. Please note that Moraine Lake Road is currently scheduled to open on June 1st. Prior to that, there is no bus access to Moraine Lake.
