1967 Mercury M100 Pickup đ¨đŚ
In 1967, 8,653 F-100 trucks were equipped with the Mercury conversion for the Canadian market. This one was originally Harbor Blue & Wimbledon White. This particular pickup was built for Carignan Motors in Pontiex, Saskatchewan Canada.
Still canât believe we were able to score this truck. Now, we just have to decide what to do with it!

Been hit with a few shellsâŚ
We decided to leave the bullet hole in the bed of this Texas truck, a truck that was at one point a hunting rig. It preserves part of the story of the truck, or at least we think so. And it turned out okay.
What do you think?

What a great week! This was our first time at the F100 Grand Nationals in Pigeon Forge. One of the best shows Iâve been too. Huge shoutout to @kincerchassis for all the hospitality! It was an honor to have the motorhome in the booth with arguably the best trucks in the entire show. Met a ton of new friends and got to see several that I havenât seen in forever. We got the chance to do a few interviews and photoshoots which was awesome! To top it off Eastern Tennessee is amazing this time of year. All in all if youâre into old F-Series this show is a must go to.
I donât know what stories these trucks could tell from the past 60 yearsâŚbut itâs our turn to write some of the stories đ¤đź

Inside the @cpaddict camper đ
Hanging out at the F-100 Nationals this week in Pigeon ForgeâŚjust a couple of old school Bumpside trucks and everyone wants to see inside the vintage Bumpside camper that @crutledge1 built. I have to say, it is a pretty sick setup with a 4x4 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel.
The first place I would take that camper would be straight up through the Rockies and all the way into Canada and Alaska. Where would you go first?

First Drive: Kincer converted â67 Mercury đđź
Thereâs a variety of ways to convert an old pickup truck to 4 wheel drive. For the build, we wanted to keep the original Mercury frame with the truck to retain as much originality as possible. That ruled out swapping the body onto one of our Ford 4x4 chassis that we had available at the shop.
Next, we knew we wanted the Highboy lookâ8 lug axles and a divorced NP205 transfer case with a 4â lift on 9.00-16 tires. But we had an M-100 frame with different crossmember locations, etc.
And finally, we knew we wanted this truck to ride as comfortable as possible. It needed to have all the appearance of an old pickup truck but ride as comfortable as a new one.
Thatâs why we went with a @kincerchassis 4x4 conversion kit for this build. With coils and disc brakes, it sets this truck up well to add in whatever engine and transmission to make it perform however youâd like.
For the show, we put the original 240 inline 6 engine and 4 speed manual back in the truck. Itâs the original drivetrain and it runs great. ButâŚwho knows what drivetrain this rig could rock in the future đ

1967 Mercury M100 4x4
So thankful to have the opportunity to build this truck and take it to the F100 Nationals in Pigeon Forge next week. This pickup was originally a 2wd, but now with some help from @kincerchassis , we have a custom front axle with disc brakes and coil springs. Weâre also installing power steering and a newly upholstered seat to add even more modern comfort to this 59 year old pickup truck.
And for the perfect final touch, wait until you see the truck on vintage bias ply tires with west coast mirrors!

1967 Mercury Highboy đŽâđ¨đŽâđ¨
Many people here in Texas didnât even realize Mercury made pickup trucks. And weâre converting this 1967 M100 to a full-on 4x4 âHighboyâ with a @kincerchassis conversion kit. Weâll be finishing this truck in time to be at the Grand Nationals in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee May 14-16th. Come by and check out the truck at the show and watch the full build on our new YouTube channel!
