Stoked we have planning approval for this balcony in a Fremantle heritage listed apartment. We love projects like this with a small footprint but a huge impact.
Working with the existing industrial freo vibes, we use a simple materials palette to make this outdoor space comfortable, inviting and usable all year round.
A 250m2 specialist showroom space that we completed in 2023 with a welcoming waiting area, workshop, office space, meeting room, kitchen, accessible bathroom and end of trip facilities with mezzanine storage and new automated front entry doors.

This East Fremantle renovation converted the shared bathroom into an ensuite, powder room and kids bathroom.
The ensuite is the embodiment of luxury, sophistication and relaxation.
With motion sensored lighting, concealed storage, a concealed toilet brush, heated towel rails, builtin shower niches as well with doors that open onto a private outdoor bathing courtyard - this bathroom has it all.
There was not alot of space to work with but with clever planning and a very clever team of trades we have been able to make these beautiful spaces for a young family.
