I love these personal touches on a wedding day, and this one felt so fitting for a day centred around family.
Their celebrant-led ceremony with Katie Isles was something really special, especially the hand-tying that brought both families together ❤️
Parents and all four children played their part, weaving two lives (and two families) into one.
It was heartfelt, inclusive, and a proper moment of joy when that ribbon was raised into the air!
And somehow (please don’t let this statement jinx things) but another sunny wedding ☀️
I’m feeling so very lucky with the weather lately and have fingers and toes well and truly crossed that my luck holds out!
I even managed to make the most of Blackbrook’s beautiful new terrace on my break, with some seriously good food from Jenkinsons and some seriously good company from Lisa and Gary (BB’s wedding dream team)!
The day ended exactly how it should, a dancefloor full of guests - kids, grandparents, friends - all together busting some moves. As I left, Stacey was being twirled around the dancefloor by her son and daughter, and honestly, it couldn’t have been a more perfect final moment to capture.

The firm was established in 1930 by Leonard Neasham. The original shop was located at the bottom of Freer Street (near Leicester Square). By the 1950s, it had become a “familiar name” to town residents, advertising luxury brands of the era like Burberry and Zambrene rainwear.
2. The Family Legacy (1960s – 1990s)
The business was a true family affair, passed down through the generations:
• Jack Neasham: Leonard’s son, who continued the tradition of bespoke tailoring.
• Roger Neasham: Leonard’s grandson, who managed the shop through the latter half of the 20th century. Under his leadership, the shop maintained its reputation for high-end ready-to-wear items and bespoke services, often sourcing from premium brands like Daks and Aquascutum.
3. Evolution and Closure
As the 21st century approached, the retail landscape in Walsall shifted. The town became more expensive, and the physical store required significant refurbishment.
• The Shop’s End: Eventually, Roger Neasham decided to retire. While the physical storefront in Walsall is no longer there, the brand lived on through vintage collectors and the family’s continuing expertise.
• The Modern Successor: The legacy continues today through Richard Neasham (Leonard’s great-grandson). After training on Savile Row, Richard opened his own tailoring business. While he has a base in Sutton Coldfield, he continues the family tradition of traveling to clients for bespoke fittings, carrying on the “bloodline” of the Neasham tailoring craft.
