Records and coffee tasting. Got a crash course in coffee from my brotha @13pieces at his shop @rmxab . Never knew how much goes into the coffee process. It was a very awesome and interesting experience. Especially when paired with good music and conversation. We just hosted an intensive Remix Your Life program at @remixdojo , on-site at @rmxab (Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe).
We start analog: ears, pencils, the grid. Different genres, same rules.
Then we take that same map upstairs and apply it on the decks, where timing becomes real and confidence becomes repeatable.
Remix Your Life is a new offering designed by @13pieces , built to help youth (and adults) learn structure, timing, and focus through music.
