The engineers were not happy with our post the other day. We’re not trying to get rid of engineers, we’re trying to relive them from quoting and DFM hell. The flip side is that we’re taking Gen Z from the front of a screen in the office and putting them in front of a screen at a factory. Baby steps… 😬😅😂
