89x birthday bash Pheonix amphitheatre Pontiac MI. This birthday bash was a highlight every year. I brought my good friend Gavin Maguire and Chris asked him to play drums on people of the sky. The band had no idea. Gav killed it in front of 4 thousand people. Jay talking to Eli from GvsB. Murphy off his leash. Eve from Jale.

A few years ago I was at a concert in toronto. My friend Brian Bean introduced me to his friend John and simple said Johns a real lover of music. We started chatting and hit it off. Twenty mins into the conversation I asked John what he did for work. He said that he was the VP at @umusic . We shared so many great memories of shows over the years. One of the things we talked about was John’s first assignment for universal was to take @sloanmusic to Windsor for an in store. I laughed John looked confused ? I told him I was at that show and that I had the poster at home. The poster which John designed. Brian was right John was a true music lover and an amazing human. We had the best night. Today would have marked Johns 25 th year with Universal. John had a lasting impact on me unlike many people I had met over the years. His passion starting at the bottom and working his way all the way to the top. John died tragically on Sept 20 2019. When I heard the news I was in shock and a wave of sadness came over me. He was one in a million and I feel lucky to have met him. His memory will live forever.
