The timber frame is currently being built with the roof commencing in 2 weeks time. The RLW team will be conducting the roofing works which is a 300m2 Sikabit Built up felt system comprising of primer, VCL, 130mm Sikatherm insulation, underlay and a mineral cap sheet.
Our Sister company P & H Fabrications will be once again providing bespoke cappings and rainwater goods, all designed and manufactured from our Birmingham based factory.

The RLW team are proud to be handing over 3 completed blocks of the BSM Lyme Valley Abode student accommodation blocks. To celebrate, we've sent the drone up to capture them in all their beauty!
We have installed over 1700sqm of Sarnafil single ply inclusive of beautiful roof garden, over 2250sqm of mechanically fixed 3mm aluminium hook on rainscreen cladding supplied by our sister company P& H Fabrications and finished the windows with Ekki timber surrounds. We also installed over 2650 metres of MDL series Fire Barriers supplied by SBS Cladding.
It's been a great project to work on, even if it was during several lockdowns and we are very proud of the team for completing on time.

Project Awarded - The New Ambulatory Care and Acute Diagnostics Building at Heartlands Hospital
The RLW team are thrilled to have been awarded the full envelope for the new centre at Heartlands Hospital, Birmingham as part of the £97.1m development investment earmarked by University Hospitals Birmingham NHS trust. The brand new centre will bring brand new facilities and house a wide range of health services which aim to serve over half a million patients per year.
We will be working with main contractor Kier to deliver over 3400m2 of metallic Rockpanel rainscreen cladding, 1500m2 of Euroseam standing seam roofing, 3000m2 of hot melt, 2700m2 of Kingspan composite wall cladding and 500m of aluminium secret fix soffit planks fabricated by our sister company P & H Fabrications.
The new centre (ACAD) is due to open in 2022 and will cover a 16,000m2 footprint.

Project Awarded: QE Hospital working in partnership with VINCI Construction.
RLW Roofing Ltd are pleased to announce that we have secured the roofing package for the new £100m specialist hospital facility within the Birmingham Queen Elizabeth Hospital campus.
Main contractor, Vinci Construction have been awarded the 15,000sqm project to which RLW Roofing Ltd will install a Radmat hot melt roofing system and Euroseam Standing seam roofing system.
Construction for this build is expected to be completed in 2022.
Everyone at RLW Roofing Ltd is excited to be working alongside Vinci Construction to help build this project and will be posting progress updates in the coming months.
