Truly honored to stand locked arm in arm with brothers as we welcomed and celebrated the Induction Class of 2026 into the Brotherhood of 100 Black Men of the Bay Area. Delivering the Creed in this moment was powerful and a reminder that our bond is rooted in unity, purpose, and a shared commitment to uplift our communities.
This year, 9 brothers were selected out of 108 interested candidates which is a testament to the standard, commitment, and excellence required to enter this Brotherhood. Congratulations to the 2026 Induction Class. Your selection reflects not only achievement, but readiness to serve and lead.

Laying out the vision for the future of the OK Program today with our Board of Directors.
Mentorship and leadership development will always be our foundation, but we are expanding that impact by stepping into workforce development and temporary youth housing.
If we are serious about the preservation of Black boys, including reducing homicide and incarceration, meeting real needs in real time isn’t optional, it’s necessary.
Grateful to our supporters who continue to stand with us and invest in this mission. The foundation of the OK Program is strong and I’m excited about what’s ahead. Stay tuned!
