Been quiet for a while for a reason.
Had to step back and prioritise my health.
Crohnโs isnโt something I talk about much, but the past few months tested me properly.
Spent my birthday in hospital, had to slow everything down and just focus on getting right.
Iโm in a much better place now. Still a journey, but I feel like myself again.
