Some teams are built on more than ambition. They’re built on legacy. 🇩🇰 In 2019, @rkgeranium coached @kenneth_tofthansen as candidate and @christian_wellendorf as commis — gold in Lyon, Best Commis for Christian. Rasmus then coached @ronni_vm - who had once been Rasmus’s own commis when he took silver - and Ronni went on to coach Sebastian Holberg. Now Kenneth coaches, Christian competes, @g.spurre stands as commis, and Ronni sits on the jury. And Rasmus has visited us in the kitchen - tasting, advising, giving back. ❤️ This is what it looks like when knowledge is passed down in generations. 🤝

The day of my Maraton debut started with big dreams, even though we’d all caught the flu in the family lately. I tried my best to fight it with plenty of manuka honey, ginger, turmeric, and garlic, and still decided to take the chance. After 15 km, my heart rate was way too high, and I felt a strange pain in my neck. I decided not to race for a specific time; instead, my goal was simply not to quit. From 28 km to 42 km, it was tough, and I had to stop 10 times. I tried my best to stay positive and thought about my loved ones. What a relief it was to finally cross that finish line. I know I can — and will — run faster in the future, but I’m proud that I didn’t give up. And damn, it felt great to lie in the grass and enjoy the sun after. 3:19:46

15 years ago today, we opened the doors (or the lift 😁) to Geranium in Parken. Since then, I’ve had the joy of working alongside some of the most passionate and talented colleagues. Together, we’ve shared highs and lows, hard work, fun times, and many unforgettable moments. Thank you for being part of this journey and for helping us bring Geranium to where it is today ❤️
