Following the disappointing news that the @complexdublin has been ordered to close, our planned venue for 2026, the city faces the growing consequences of a runaway housing crisis, one that continues to displace communities and wipe out creative spaces. Approximately 10-15 creative spaces closed in Ireland between 2023 and 2025. Young people are consistently being pushed out of the country they love, unable to build a future at home. Our talented creatives surge out of the county with the lack of support in their fields and no room to grow. Ireland is full of art, soul, and beauty. We will not be pushed out.
