Some quiet forces that made this happen. Lilly answered all my questions in order for these outfits to come together for ya’ll to shoot. As someone who has always dressed themselves for all my shoots, I am grateful for the trust and answering my millions of questions. Vishwa and Alfredo, for believing in me for carrying this huge event. You guys made the most interactive atmosphere. My mom was having a balllllllll! She loved seeing all the artists doing their thingggg. Mike, for never letting the vibe go down. It’s a long event, and I never felt the energy go dull. It might not seem like it because everyone made sure to make me look good, but it was hard to not laugh ear to ear in these shots, I was having so much fun. Joanna!! For driving to my house before your flight to drop off pimple patches and a facemask before my trip, because I had a tennis ball sized hill on my cheek. Kaela and her fiancé for meeting up with me so I can borrow their trolley and haul the plethora of things I needed on set. My mommmmmm gosh, what that woman has to deal with, only I know. God bless her because she needs it. I would’ve been hungry and starving if it weren’t for her feeding me in between shots. AND ALL OF YOU! I met the most magnetic souls, I could feel how much you loved holding the camera, I hope I was able to deliver half the passion y’all brought. And if I learned anything from this event, it’s bring your energy everywhere you go, let it travel through your work and drip through your sweat. Be the source of light for each other, we need it now more than ever. My heart has always felt full doing what I love doing, and I feel like I could explode. 💓
You’ll meet a hundred different people who will describe you in a hundred different ways, don’t dwell too much on the kind of impression you make. Remember, there are a thousand paintings of the sun, but only one that rises and sets each day.
