It’s been a ride. Over the years I’ve worked on countless projects, releases, music videos, and collaborations with poets and incredible musicians. Sometimes I move so fast that I forget where it all started.
That’s why we sat down at Sound Unbound Records to reflect and give some context to my musical journey, and to share some new music along the way.
Big shoutout to @arris_unbound from Sound Unbound for the inspiration and for hosting us. And to @jochemeffing and @steinboon for filming and editing, true behind-the-scenes forces in the local music scene.

Geef hem een instrument of draaitafels en hij weet er wel raad mee. We zijn blij dat hij ons komt vergezellen! Een goede muzikale fit en ook nog eens een onwijs goede gast!
Rixle draait de meest groovy en dansbare tunes van funk disco tot aan electro en house en bass en breaks. Verwacht soulvolle platen met een randje en alles op vinyl! Sinds zijn debuut in de zomer van 2021 dijt zijn collectie uit en weet hij telkens mensen in beweging te brengen.
Helaas zal @bellaluna.freq door onstandigheden niet kunnen, maar met deze man komt het zeker goed! Let's go!

A big shout out to the venue, everything was taken care of, and last-minute requests were never too much to ask. A special shout-out to Janke and Paul for being such great artist handlers/audio engineers/and stage managers 🙏 It was a real pleasure working with you both.
(And thanks Paul for the history lesson about Vera, it really added another dimension to the whole experience;))
Besides that, the crowd was moving, responsive, and full of energy everything you can wish for as an independent artist these days 🩵 Thank you all so much.
Groningen has a real and vibrant community. Really valuable stuff 🙌 All the best! And see you next time
