Hit 30 and I’m in the best shape of my life 💪
Been cutting this year and have been an absolute nightmare for any of my friends for last 3 months that have tried cooking for me or going out to eat. But lost 6.5kg + 6% of body fat during the process and I’m feeling mad good about it.
Spent all of last year tryna get big, but this years showing me that there’s way more to fitness than just putting on mass. Had a little tendon injury which has forced me to stop just going for ego lifts and start to focus on form and I think it needed to happen.
So yeah, just wanted to update you lot on this journey. Never thought this would be the lifestyle I became obsessed with but here we are. Finally feeling myself, and finally back to eating carbs.
On another news, gonna start rolling out music monthly until October so stay locked for that.

Rahhh I actually hit the big 30 today 🎉
Honestly endless love to people that that make this life what it is. Feel very privileged to have close friends & family all over the country and world, yet still have day ones from way back when.
Spent the last year bettering myself and practicing some intense self discipline but only goods come from it, so I’m doubling down on that energy for my 30’s.
More music, more connections, more growth and more gains.

Decompressed from the tour and have been reflecting on how sick it was. Can’t believe I got to headline one of the most iconic clubs for underground bass music in America and curate a line up with a bag of mates.
Was a perfect way to end this new dj/mc tour. The feedback and reactions you lot gave me meant the most ❤️
Been back in the lab tweaking the set and working on new sounds ready for the summer, can’t wait to come back out next with all these new heaters.
