+ Our Work +
Kitchen details at our Bungower Road Project.
We worked with our clients to bring warmth and character into the design, to soften the industrial feel of the polished concrete floors.
The design incorporates feature lighting, a curved rangehood and brass fixtures and hardware. These elements tie in perfectly with the clients dream black and gold freestanding cooker.

Poised to redefine exceptional living, Dove Hill presents a rare opportunity to craft a future within an exclusive woodland community.
Nestled among nature’s finest offerings, these nine luxury allotments combine architectural freedom with a setting that celebrates privacy, space, and refined coastal living.
With land sizes ranging from approximately 2,104m² to 2,271m², each allotment offers exceptional build flexibility (STCA), allowing you to design a home that reflects your lifestyle — from tranquil mornings accompanied by birdsong to effortless entertaining in a setting that honours Mount Eliza’s natural heritage.
Riverwolf Greenline House No.1
Elevated inland living with coastal outlooks.
Set within a quiet, established, tree-filled pocket
Riverwolf Greenline House No.1 occupies a position where the landscape shifts from coastal edge to elevated estate living.
While the shoreline lies beyond walking distance, the home maintains a strong visual and emotional connection to Port Phillip Bay and the Melbourne skyline, framed through mature canopies and expansive outlooks across neighbouring established properties.
This is not beachside living it is considered inland luxury, where privacy, elevation and outlook define the lifestyle.
The architecture is defined by strong horizontal lines that establish a clear datum across the site, working in dialogue with both the natural canopy and the distant horizon. Layered screening and carefully proportioned openings filter light and views, allowing the landscape to remain present without compromising comfort or privacy.
Watch this space as we evolve this build through its stages.
An exciting new Mornington beachside extension and renovation is taking shape at Riverwolf Homes.
Over the past three months, we’ve guided this project from concept through to a cohesive, build-ready design providing layered options, clear budgets, and considered ideas that respect both the site, the coastal lifestyle and the family enjoyment it supports.
The result is a refined proposal that feels calm, confident, and intentional, and is now ready to be lodged for approval.
We’re grateful for the strength of our partnerships and the quality of our clients that share the commitment to building homes of lasting quality. This is the beginning of something special.

One of the best building standards we’ve implemented into our business.
Pro Clima wrap systems.
This isn’t about ticking boxes, it’s about building homes that actually perform.
Better airtightness.
Better moisture control.
Better longevity.
We’ve adopted Pro Clima as our baseline standard for Riverwolf projects, and we offer it to clients who genuinely want better-built homes, not just good finishes.
It costs more upfront.
But it pays back in comfort, durability, and energy efficiency for decades.
Build once, Build properly, build better.

A question we get ask a lot for our peninsula estate builds.
So I thought i would provide some basic info on the matter.
Green Wedge Living is Space, Stillness, and Stewardship
There’s something powerful about land that can’t be overbuilt.
The Green Wedge isn’t about restriction it’s about preservation.
Wide skies, open paddocks, quiet mornings, it’s where nature still leads.
Dwellings must support the land, farming, conservation or eco-living
A Land Management Plan is key show you’ll nurture, not exploit it.
Design natural, and incoperate the design to fit in its surroundings from the ridgelines to the gardens below.
No urban sprawl to protect what makes the Peninsula special.
If you’re building in the Green Wedge, build with purpose.
Respect the land, and it will reward you in ways money can’t measure.
You can build a dwelling on a lot within the Green Wedge zone, but it will usually require a planning permit.
Extensions, renovations, or ancillary buildings (sheds, garages) may be allowed if they satisfy the local planning scheme’s zone + overlay rules (and the character of the land).
PRO
Rural lifestyle living, more land, space, and a peaceful outlook
• Potential for unique or architectural designs suited to open settings
• Long-term character protected from dense urban sprawl
• Strong sense of community and connection to nature.
CONS
More planning hurdles, permits, overlays, bushfire & vegetation controls.
• Limited subdivision and dwelling opportunities
• Higher infrastructure costs, water, sewer, power, access
• Stricter building standards in bushfire or conservation areas.
• Longer approval times and more consultant involvement
Like all builds its best to have your team working for you from the get go. It's the best way to be fully aware of your sites conditions and to design to your budget and needs.
Build with purpose. Respect the land.
