One of our favorite ways to teach kids jiu jitsu is by making it fun and easy to understand!
Instead of throwing complicated terms at them, we use easy to understand names like “tall tree,” “baby tree,” and “frog” to help the kids connect movements to something they can easily remember.
Techniques like this help our students stay engaged, build confidence, and understand not just what to do, but when to do it without feeling overwhelmed or confused.
Learning should feel exciting, and our coaches do an amazing job of meeting kids where they’re at while helping them grow every class!

This is a space where women of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels come together to learn, support each other, and grow. You don’t need to have any experience or be “in shape” to start, just show up as you are and we’ll meet you there.
We focus on building confidence, learning real skills, and creating an environment that is welcoming and encouraging for everyone on the mats. Safety, communication, and respect are always a priority. You will be surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you learn grow.

Join us for our first community day! We have extra gear that isn’t getting used so let’s hand it down to a teammate!
Bring any gently used Gi’s, rashguards, spats and other gear that you no longer use. PLEASE take what you want or need!
If you cannot make it Saturday, drop off any donations during the week. We will keep the gear available through the weekend and early next week.
