We often get asked if our farms are open to the public. While we don’t currently offer public tours, we do host occasional group visits for schools, partners, chefs, and community groups.
During these tours, guests get a closer look at how our fish are raised, learn more about our processes, and have the chance to ask questions directly to the team. It’s a way for us to share what we do day-to-day and give a little more context on the care that goes into every stage of raising our fish. 🐟 👩🌾 👋
Have you ever been to the farms, and if so, what was your favorite part?
When cooked just right, trout develops a tender texture that naturally separates into clean, delicate flakes, a sign of freshness and careful preparation. Mild, versatile, and quick to prepare, it works well in just about any kitchen!

At Riverence, responsible farming guides everything we do. From raising fish on land to carefully managing water, our farms are designed to protect the environment while producing the highest quality trout.
Here are just a few ways we make a difference:
1️⃣ Land-based, Ocean-minded: Raising fish on land reduces reliance on marine resources, captures and reuses water, and returns nutrients to nearby cropland.
2️⃣ Free-flowing Spring Water: Our Idaho farms rely on naturally flowing spring water, with no pumps and minimal energy use.
3️⃣ ASC Certified: Our trout meet the world’s highest standards for fish health, water quality, biodiversity, and social responsibility.
Caring for our planet means healthy water, healthy fish, and responsible practices that will benefit generations to come.
Responsible production from start to finish 🌱 🔄
At Riverence, we work to ensure every part of our production has a purpose. From premium trout for the marketplace to nutrient-rich pet food, organic fertilizers, and compost, we focus on using our resources thoughtfully.
