River Cafe (opposite Putney Bridge Station).
Commission.
This piece was commissioned by the Italian owners of the wonderful River Cafe. The building has been there for over a 100 years, the cafe since the 1960’s and it has been owned and run by the same family for three generations.
So I felt very honoured to be asked by the owner to do a painting of it. As the numerous write ups on the cafe say - it really is a hidden gem!
