This whole-house renovation gave our client the opportunity to completely recast their home. Why work out in the basement? Make the gym beautiful and enjoy it on the first floor. Our client is a chef. Why traipse down to the basement to select the right bouquet when your collection can be conveniently located in the kitchen?
On the third floor, behind a door no guest will open, lies a thoughtful HVAC installation that preserves a storage space for our client. Thanks to an installer who took a few extra steps to leave behind a clean job, there is no need to step over ductwork. Thanks!

Pocket doors have a well-deserved bad rap, but they are useful in tight spaces. Now, we found a great system that we love to hang pocket doors. A rigid machined aluminum frame creates a solid base for soft-close and soft-open hardware, just like the drawers in your kitchen cabinetry. This makes the door operation smooth as silk!
The finished addition and renovations at Dower House retain all the charm and character of the original eighteenth-century home but has blended it to accommodate a modern lifestyle. The Norden family's careful preservation of their iconic home has added a new chapter to the historic legacy of the Dower House and is a significant gift to the West Chester community. Once again, congratulations to Lisa and Tait on being awarded a 2024 West Chester Preservation Award and huge thanks to entrusting us with being a part of this very important project!
