Yesterday was a soul-stirring journey through the Lodhi Art District with my dear friend, Ritesh Sharma, Project Director of St+art India Foundation.
From a film collaboration in 2015 to a deep friendship today, I’ve seen Ritesh’s vision grow as vibrantly as these walls. Meera and I walked and drove through the bylanes as Ritesh narrated the stories behind these massive murals—explaining the artists’ origins and the deep cultural meanings behind every stroke.

I delved into my sixth Vipassana Course, focusing on the sacred teachings of the "Mahasatipatthana Sutta." This sacred practice takes you to the journey of Awareness and Patience, This illuminates the path, yet true understanding and experience only unfold through daily footsteps.

At the dawn of this new financial chapter, Embarked on my first "Samsara" Yoga Retreat, curated by @nishthabijlani & @neharanglani_ nurturing souls, in the tranquil @namdulretreat in Kabi, Sikkim, was a journey of profound self-investment. Amidst kindred spirits from across India, we all discovered a sanctuary of acceptance and authenticity.
