I got a chance to work with Mamas LI food truck and had some of the best soul food I’ve had in a LONG time
Chef Ari G puts so much thought and love into everything and recommended the best things on the menu for us to try
Plus, if you LOVE wings like I do, they have $1 wing Wednesdays when you preorder!!
Make sure you check their Instagram because their truck moves around during the week!
My absolute favorites were their juicy, tender wings and the oxtail meat paired with the Mac and cheese. Everything had so much flavor and the perfect amount of spices. The apple brandy jerk chicken was an amazing runner up for me! We popped into @ritesbrewing , where the truck was parked, and spoke with Tim to grab some delicious beer to have with our meal
Absolutely recommend and can’t wait to go back. There’s so many incredible things on the menu to try!
