When my mom got cancer, for the first time,
I had to think about how I could support my family.
And my mom has always loved tea.
My grandma and great grandma are tea ceremony teachers.
So I started thinking I wanna make it even she can drink.
The matcha I’m sharing is organic,
and made in Japan.
Using chemicals makes it easier to taste good and make the color vibrant but I don’t wanna compromise.
I have a dream
to build the best matcha company.
I will do it!!

Ingredients (1 serving)
• matcha powder: 2 tsp
• gelatin: 2 tsp
• grapes: 12–16 pieces
Steps
1️⃣ Mix matcha powder with a little warm water until smooth
2️⃣ Dissolve gelatin in warm water and combine with the mixture
3️⃣ Pour into a mold, add grapes, and chill until set
